Rick Backstrom has been in the carpet industry for the last 20 years. He started out working in the warehouse and
managing the everyday operations with the installers. He also made sure that stock was kept in the warehouse so that all jobs,
even emergencies, were covered. After several years of that, he decided to move up in the company that he was with and went
to doing sales. Rick would be more than happy to come to your property and do a free estimate for you.

Pam has been in the flooring industry for 18 years. She has worked every aspect of the business.
She started off in the office taking the orders and setting up the schedule to make sure all jobs were done when needed. She
has helped in the warehouse, as well as doing sales. She runs the day to day operations in the company. If there is anything
